This policy applies to www.cruitly.com. (the "Site" or "Web Site"), which is operated and owned by cruitly.com. It is cruitly’s policy to comply with data protection legislation. This policy shall also apply to the WAP, i.e. mobile version of the Site, and other mobile applications in which the Site operate.

We also collect information from you in the following ways: Single Sign-on: If you choose to sign in to Cruitly with Facebook or similar services, we import the requested information from your account and we make it part of your profile.

Profiling or other automated individual decision making

With your consent, we may conduct automated decision making or profiling of a Candidate to adapt our communications to your profile and to improve your access to and use of the Website. This means that our systems make decisions about Candidates without human involvement.

Communication and E-mail marketing

If you register on the Website, we will only send you information about the Website, for example Cruitly Job Matches and Notifications, Cruitly Job Alerts, marketing emails informing you of new features on Cruitly and Cruitly Monthly Newsletters if you opt in to receive these communications, this is actioned on the Website’s registration form. You can also amend your preferences if you wish at any time in the ‘Communications Centre’ section of your account.

All Cruitly email communications that can be turned on or off at any time on the ‘Communications Center’ section will also have a quick ‘Unsubscribe’ feature at the bottom of the email, again if you do unsubscribe and wish to start receiving certain Cruitly communications again you can change your preference in the ‘Communications Center’ section of your account.

All activity made on the ‘Communications Centre’ is recorded with your preference and timestamp when the preference is made or amended but do be aware that it may take us a few days to update our records to reflect your request.

Please note that once you register and have an account with Cruitly you will always receive transactional emails in relation to your account, for example Password Reset and Job Application emails. Transactional emails will only be deactivated when an account is deleted.

  When applying for a job on CRUITLY, you respond directly to the employer and this is considered confidential information. Under NO circumstances does CRUITLY publicize your confidential response to any particular company.

Collection and Use of Publicly available online jobs information:

We also collect the jobs related information from various online sources as publicly available jobs openings information which is available online information for general public use. We do not modify or create such information but use only for the purpose of the display of such information “as is where is basis” for the users for their jobs related requirements. Users while clicking the said jobs would be redirected to the original source of the jobs posting owner. We do not verify or authenticate the credentials, truthfulness or authenticity, veracity of the said information hosted. It is the responsibility of the users to use and rely on the said information at their sole discretion. We reserve the right to delete the said information at our sole discretion or from any request for the deletion of the same or as may be required under applicable laws for the removal of the same without any notice or information by anyone and / or by any regulatory or judicial authorities.
